Based on the information given, our team will do an initial site visit and determine what signage solution best meet your goals:

  • Initial Contact: Our professional staff are flexible, and will work with your schedule to meet at a time and medium that is most convenient.
  • We will survey your site, looking for potential visibility issues and accessibility issues that may affect pricing.
  • Discuss your current marketing strategy and your intended audience.
  • Discuss budget (or help suggest a budget that best suits your needs).
  • Review landlord’s signage criteria to be aware of any design requirements.
  • Discuss desired completion date.

STEP #2 : Design / Proofing

For many people, your sign will be the first impression they have of your business or organization. Make a memorable impact with attention-grabbing signs designed by our team!

We employ professional graphic designers that are experienced in the signage industry to ensure your brand’s vision is translated into effective signage and is represented in the most accurate way possible.

  • An original rendering illustrating the best signage solution for your business and location will be created.
  • Bylaws and zoning will be reviewed for your specific location to ensure the complete legality of signage.
  • Samples of colors and materials as shown in our renderings will be provided.
  • Production drawings will be created and meet engineering standards
  • Drawings generated in our Design Department is well suited for demanding Permit applications and includes all required details to avoid any processing delays with bylaw officers.

STEP #3 : Sign Fabrication

When you are ready to proceed with your new signage, we will require the following:

  • We will not proceed with the production of any aspect of your signage without the artwork renderings signed and dated. By signing our renderings, you and your landlord are agreeing to the signage design (fonts and shapes), colors, location on the wall, and any other specifications listed on the artwork. Rest easy knowing what is shown on the artwork is what we will build.
  • City Sign Permit decision, if required; We will wait for the City’s approval or if any potential issues come up that may cause the artwork to be changed after the sign-off, we will get into contact to let you know of the change BEFORE proceeding; and will most likely require another signature agreeing to the change.
  • Trained sign workers will operate the needed machinery (Benders, CNC Routers, Roland) to fabricate the signage base on the specification
  • Thorough testing of electrical components is part of our protocol
  • CSA manufacturing standards are met or exceeded

STEP #4 : Sign Installation

A quality fabricated sign and successful sign installation are integral to the completion of any signage project.

Our detail-orientated crews will work with your on-site team to ensure worker and pedestrian safety, a clean worksite, and efficient work to have the job completed quickly while maintaining the highest levels of quality.
